I think you need some explanation.

When Russia/Ivan is angry, he keeps repeating "KolKolKol" what means "Kolkhoz"

KOLKHOZ- form of collective farming in the Soviet Union that existed along with state farms.

I thought than Felix could reapeat "PeGeeR"

PGR (Państwowe Gospodarstwo Rolnicze)- form of collective farming in People's Republic of Poland, created in 1949 as a form of socialist ownership of agricultural land by the government.

Well, those two are similar things, so...that was an idea ^^'
